Getting Started
Simply click on Sign Up and complete the registration form. Once your account is active, configure your SIP device or trunk to start making calls. You can use one account with multiple SIP devices.
What is the dialing format for each route?
- Premium Mix: CC + Destination Number
- Direct CLI: Dialing format to be provided upon account setup.
Technical & Usage
This depends on your account configuration. Please contact us for custom capacity limits or trunk settings.
Log in to your account dashboard and navigate to the CDRs or Call Logs section to view your usage in real time.
Once logged in, go to Account Settings where you can update your password, contact details, and more.
Yes. We support both IP-based authentication and username/password SIP registration. Please contact support to configure your account accordingly.
Rates & Billing
Visit our Rates Page to download the latest rate sheets in Excel format.
Rates are generally valid for 2 weeks. We provide a 2-day notice before any rate changes.
We send notifications via email to your registered address. Make sure your contact details are up-to-date.
The minimum top-up is €50. This also qualifies you for one free geographic number under our Business Plan.
We accept:

- Visa / MasterCard / Visa Electron
- PayPal
- Moneybookers
No tax is applied to recharges unless required by your jurisdiction. All pricing is net.
Most payments are processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the provider.
Invoices are available electronically in your account dashboard. We do not send physical invoices by mail.
