First, click on "Sign Up" and complete the application form. Once you’ve successfully registered, you can set up your SIP device or trunk to make calls through the Telecom network. You can configure multiple SIP devices with a single account.
Telecom offers two different routes:
- Premium Route: 00 + Country Code + Destination Number. For example, France: 0033 612345678.
- Direct CLI Route: 999 00 + Country Code + Destination Number. For example, France: 999 00 33 612345678.
Typically, Telecom allows up to 30 simultaneous calls.
Log in to your account and select the "Calls" option.
To update your account settings, log in to your account and go to "Details" where you can change your profile information and password.
Visit www.seedtelecom.org and select "Rates" from the menu. There, you can download our rate lists in USD/EUR and find updated country codes.
VoIP price lists are typically valid for 2 weeks. You can always find the latest prices under "Rates". Prices may change with a 2-day notice.
Rate changes will be communicated via email. You will receive an email 2 days before the changes take effect. Telecom is not responsible for any issues arising from emails that do not reach you. You can find all current rate lists on www.seedtelecom.org under "Rates".
There is no minimum top-up requirement, and no weekly or monthly payments are necessary.
We accept payments via bank transfer, Visa/MasterCard, Visa Electron, Moneybookers, and PayPal.
Taxes depend on the payment method used:
- Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard – 0.0% (Covered by us)
- Bank Transfer – 0.0% (Covered by us)
- PayPal – 2.0%
- Moneybookers – 2.0%
Processing times vary by payment method:
- PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Moneybookers payments are processed immediately.
- Bank transfers may take 1-3 working days, depending on your bank and location.
Invoices are not sent by regular mail but will be emailed to you at the end of the month
